An event like Kassel rarely see! An event at which even the WG of the EC s pilgrimage! This was last Wednesday at the slaughterhouse in Kassel: The concert of the Danish-Swedish band "Lampshade" . The evening began with opening act the Kassel "Atlas" , the instrumental was definitely in a good mood, and I am the sound image is very reminiscent of "Bloc Party". After a few songs of the atlases Lampshade started with the rather more rock and popular songs. In between relaxing some quiet passages and also from the new album "Play Pause Stop" there was something to hear. The audience also felt we were excited, so that a total of three additions were erjubelt, where it became clear that Scandinavian melancholy for which the band is, are neither quiet nor lame needs. Unfortunately, the current tour, a final tour, as some band members now want to have more time for solo projects.
